It is moderately heavy softwood that is highly resistant to wear, water, rot and insects. Almost maintenance free, all you need is soap and water, our pine furniture is available in natural, pristine, distressed and washed finishes.
Natural finish: these pieces are untreated and will eventually turn dark when left to the elements
Pristine finish: these pieces are covered in specially formulated outdoor latex enamel paint that is non-toxic and water-based. Available in over 20 hues the darker ones are mixed with sunscreens to prevent fading.
Distressed finish: pieces are lightly distressed and sanded to reveal bare wood in random spots for an aged look that is enhanced over time.
Washed finish: pieces are, again lightly distressed and sanded. But bare wood is revealed on the entire piece versus simply random areas creating a rustic beauty that improves with age.
